★ উক্ত ১ বছরের মধ্যে কোন অনুর সমস্যা হলে তা ওয়ারেন্টিতে আসলে কোন হার্ডওয়্যার সার্ভিসিং করা হয় না। সফটওয়্যার বা ফার্মওয়্যার আপডেট জাতীয় সমস্যা ব্যাতিত সকল হার্ডওয়্যার জনিত সমস্যায় নতুন অনু রিপ্লেস দেয়া হবে। সফটওয়্যার বা ফার্মওয়্যার আপডেট জনিত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ঐ প্রোডাক্টটিই আপডেট করে দেয়া হবে।
